    6 things to know about the Amadeus Star The Amadeus Star is a modern and luxurious cruise liner. This ship, built by the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, is operated by Luftner Cruises and offers a series of cruises on the Danube, from Vienna to Budapest. 1-The ship is a ship is 135 meters long and 12 meters wide, with a raw tonnage of 1750 tonnes. It can accommodate 164 passengers and has 70 cabins and 12 luxury suites located on four different bridges. 2-Activities and entertainment for adultsle Amadeus Star has two panoramic and heated pools on the main deck, which are surrounded by sunbathing. On the deck, next to the swimming pool, is also a bar with snack service. One of our favorite characteristics of this ship is its ride covered with glass. This passage extends throughout the upper part of the ship and offers magnificent views of the Danube. And then there is this retractable roof which can be opened in the case of high heat (which happens quite often). The Amadeus Star also has an internet show where you can surf as you wish for only 1 euro for 30 minutes. Most people use these computers to stay in touch with their close family. 3-activity and entertainment for children and adolescents the Luftner Cruises Amadeus Star, children and adolescents have their own play areas where they can have fun . The Sun bridge is equipped with a children's swimming pool, a playground and an outdoor cinema. And on the Mozart bridge, there is a living room for adolescents that includes video games, computers and a music studio. 4-restaurants, bars and loungesce ship has a main restaurant with an open kitchen, where the crew prepares Local specialties in front of the guests. There is also a grill room to serve sausages and biftecks, as well as an Asian restaurant on the menu. If you are looking to relax after dinner, there is the Panorama Bar on the Mozart bridge or the Star Club on the Pont Strauss. 5-The cabins aboard the Amadeus Starce Bateau offers a total of 70 spacious cabins and 12 suites of luxury. The cabins of the Amadeus Star located on the Mozart and Strauss bridges have panoramic windows from floor to ceiling, which allows you to fully enjoy everything that is on board and superb views on the Danube. The cabins are equipped with Queen size beds, comfortable armchairs and an office. Bathrooms are equipped with heated floors, rain-effect showers and Occitan bath products. 6-Tourism manager the star is equipped with an advanced treatment plant which strictly respects all environmental regulations of the 'European Union. Its engine is low CO2 emissions.
