Built at the Belgian shipyards Meuse & Sambre, the river cruise ship Boticelli joined the CroisiEurope company fleet in 2004, the same year as the ship Beethoven . Renovations were carried out in 2010 to bring it a few touches of modernity and innovation. With its classic dimensions for a river boat – 110 meters long and 11.4 meters wide – the Boticelli welcomes its 150 privileged passengers in a friendly atmosphere. Thanks to its shallow draft of 1.4 meters, this ship is able to sail safely along the Seine and to dock at small ports. Its crew is made up of 25 dynamic members who listen to passengers to ensure unforgettable cruises.
This 3-deck cruise ship offers 75 exterior cabins with sober decor and exclusive comfort to guarantee you optimal relaxation during your travels. Distributed on the main deck and the upper deck, the cabins are equipped with a window or a porthole offering a beautiful view of the outside. Each cabin is equipped with an air conditioning system, a television, a radio, a safe, a wardrobe, a toilet, and a bathroom with a hair dryer. On the upper deck, a cabin is specially designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The Boticelli is thus designed to navigate gracefully on the course of the Seine and to explore French cities rich in their history and culture, such as Paris, Honfleur and Vernon.
Equipment and activities present on the ship
A library is located at the front of the main deck to the delight of reading enthusiasts. At the rear of the upper deck, an elegant 150-seat restaurant can accommodate all passengers for the three meals of the day in a single service. A passionate chef takes charge of the preparation of the dishes served on board to offer you a great gastronomic experience with the discovery of French flavors. This restaurant is pierced with large bay windows allowing you to enjoy a view of the Seine and its shores. Still on the upper deck, but forward, next to the reception, a cozy bar invites you to relax. It is the ideal common space for meeting new people and sipping cocktails. Next to the bar is a lounge with a large dance floor.
A small shop is also available on the Botticelli for the pleasure of those who want to bring back some souvenirs from their cruise. On the sun deck, rows of deck chairs are installed near the cockpit. This outdoor space allows you to enjoy the freshness and the sun while admiring beautiful landscapes. To keep an ideal atmosphere throughout the navigation, the whole boat is equipped with an air conditioning system. Modern and complete, the Botticelli is also covered by the WiFi internet network and equipped with a radar and a radiotelephone.
