I would like to pay attention to excellent service we received with the whole team of kids play room (my daughter is 3.5 y.o. it is not an easy age but all team members have been very professional, kind and creative. Michelle enjoyed every moment she spent in a play room and doing activities. I also would like to highlight perfect service we received from our waiter Alex Posadas de Honduras y Edwin de Honduras. We have been very pleased with the cleaning service provided by Elmer Colindres our cabin steward . All these people are very professional, polite, attentive and diligent. They deserved to be reworded by MSC and i will appreciate a lot if you can pass my feedback to MSC.
